- FLAT Rigs, Inc. is proud to offer shipping in the continental US, outside of the continental US, and any non-domestic destination not prohibited by US Customs and/or Trade Commission. FLAT Rigs, Inc. includes the cost to ship our complete outrigger kits in the listed item price(s). FLAT Rigs (at our sole discretion) may require additional postage expense to be paid by the buyer if a buyer’s destination exceeds normal shipping expenses. Other non-kit purchases shall clearly list the US domestic and non- US domestic shipping cost clearly in that items description, and again in the check-out summary. As the cost of oil has risen, we have had large increases in our shipping costs. To date, we have not passed those increases through to our clients.

FLAT Rigs, Inc. commits to resolving any issue in the best interest of all parties by either offering- but not limited to; refunds, returns, or replacements.
